Refund Policy

At Brayden’s Pet Services, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines our rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds for all pet sitting, dog walking, and dog training services booked through our website or directly with us.
1. Non-Refundable Deposits

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required to secure booking dates.

This deposit will be applied toward your total balance due.

If we cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
2. Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, the full service fee will still be due and no refund will be issued.

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled service, you will not be charged the remaining balance, but your deposit will not be refunded.
3. Cancellations by Brayden’s Pet Services

If we must cancel a confirmed service, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, including your deposit.
4. Safety-Related Termination

If services are terminated due to your pet posing a safety risk (as outlined in our Service Agreement), no refund will be issued for unused services.
5. Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of documented emergencies, at our sole discretion.
